Are your products tested on animals?
No, we do not test any of our products on animals.
Where is your product shipped from?
We manufacture and ship all our products from our Fulfillment Centre located in Houston, TX.
Are your products organic?
Currently, 90% of the essential oils we use come from plants that are grown organically, although not necessarily with organic certification. This, in our opinion, is the best way to ensure that you are always using the best ingredients. Organic harvests change from year to year, and we work hard to improve product quality. Since organic is not always a guarantee of quality and performance, we are dedicated to creating products that actually deliver on their promises and live up to their claims. We are devoted to transparency and are not attempting to join the organic craze. We only produce goods that we can manufacture to the highest standards.
Are your products natural?
Our products contain only natural ingredients and are free from harsh chemicals like phthalates, sulphates, synthetic colours and fragrances, parabens, GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, and propylene glycol. We use 100% natural fragrances and 100% pure essential oils in our formulations.
How long can I keep my product?
Our products have an unopened shelf life of 1 year. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
Can I use your products if I am going through chemotherapy?
We recommend that you first speak to your GP and seek medical advice on the use of our products during treatment.
Are your products Vegan?
At Zen Routine, we believe our customers have the right to total transparency with regard to our ingredients and manufacturing, ensuring your decision to purchase is fully informed. We are committed to ensuring our packaging and ingredients are as environmentally and socially conscious as possible. 100% of our products are cruelty-free. At no point has any product or product ingredient been tested on animals. Whenever possible, we formulate without the use of animal-derived ingredients. However, to ensure product efficacy there are times when our formulations include animal-derived ingredients. Are the ingredients clean?
We are very selective with our ingredients, always staying mindful of the impact they have on your skin and the world. ‘Clean’ for us means 100% natural fragrances and 100% pure essential oils. It doesn’t mean phthalates, sulphates, synthetic colour and fragrance, parabens, GMOs, mineral oils, petrolatum, propylene glycol, Ethanolamines, Nanoparticles, Toluene, Heavy Metals, Formaldehyde, Triclosan and Triclocarban, Methyl Cellosolve or 2-Methoxyethanol, Methylchloroisothiazolinone and Methylisothiazolinone. No exceptions.
Is the product packaging recyclable?
We are committed to ensuring our packaging and ingredients are as environmentally and socially conscious as possible. All of our cartons are FSC certified and 100% fully recyclable. We recommend contacting your local council or visiting a local recycling centre for details on the specific recycling services available in your area.
